The location near downtown was great. The staff were pleasant and the attached restaurant had good food, which was the best part of the experience. The room with a jacuzzi tub was a nice touch.

The hotel is newly decorated in a pretty area. All staff members are helpful. The room is tastefully decorated and a nice size, with a jacuzzi tub. The location is prime and ideal, only a 15-minute walk to Northeast Classic Car Museum.

Great location in the heart of the town 🏙️, surrounded by shops, restaurants, and entertainment options. It's close to attractions and a park, making it convenient for guests who want to explore the area.

The room I booked had a really comfortable bed, a flat-screen TV with cable, climate control, and a personal safe‐‐totally top-notch services here!

I recently stayed at a hotel in Norwich and had a great experience. The location was perfect, close to the downtown area and within walking distance of many attractions. The room was comfortable and clean, with a spacious bathroom. The staff provided excellent service, going above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. Plus, the breakfast offered a variety of options to start the day off right. I was very pleased with my stay.

The only downside was that the hallway could be a bit noisy at times.

Convenient accommodation with prime location close to the downtown area. A nice size room overall, with a king bed. Location near to Cooperstown, Oneonta, or Binghamton and the local restaurants, stores, and the center of Noriwch. Good choice of food options just a short walk away from the venue.
